It's been 7 weeks since my last update and I am terribly sorry! I will definitely be giving a full update over the weekend, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I am alive and well! Actually, I am better than well. I am absolutely high on life and so happy to be serving in Ethiopia.
A sincere apology to the families of my brothers in service! Galen informed me a few weeks ago that his mother was also reading my blog, so I will try to get this update posted soon so everyone can see that Galen and Kyle are still alive and active, as well.
I have learned a few Amharic words, can count to 29, and I have an awkward tan line on my feet from my TOMS, but I am living life to the fullest and making the most of my experiences here.
